The 5S Simulation presents the concepts of S1 - Sort and one of the powerful tools of S1 - the Red Tag.

An effective visual method to identify unneeded items during the Sort process is called red tagging. A Red Tag is placed on all items not required to complete your workspace process. These items are then moved to a central holding area called the Red Tag Area. The process is then to evaluate the red tag items. Items used only occasionally are moved to a more organized storage location outside of the work area while unneeded items are disposed according to a logical plan.

The LeanMan 50 Pak of Red Tags support your training event by providing participants with realistic Red Tags which they can immediately put to use in their own workspace to begin the sort process.

These are actual full size tags to be used by the team to 5S their work place, each 5S Red Tag provides the necessary item identification information for each item to be moved to the Red Tag Area during the 1st S sort process.

Tags can include the users company logo if provided via email as a gif or pdf file at the time of order.
