PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Advanced Trainer combines the most popular LeanMan Lean Principles flow simulation training products into one package, complete with travel case and solar powered large digit metrics calculator, and all at a special low price.

The package includes a Deluxe Plus Kanban Lean Car Factory Kit container with all of its content and simulation events; plus a LM Heijunka Upgrade Kit container with the unique Heijunka Box and all of its materials, simulation events, and special items. The LM Kanban Simulation materials added to the Deluxe Kit provides everything needed to fully explore the Kanban pull-system, which is a complete supplier to customer Value Stream simulation with heijunka kanban control, kaizen and bottom line financial metrics.

The Deluxe Plus Kanban Simulation Package consists of the combination of two great product offerings: The Deluxe Car Factory Kit presents the five principles of Lean Manufacturing through comprehensive lecture presentations and hands-on simulations. The LM Kanban Simulation Upgrade Materials provide the additional facilitator guide and car factory materials needed to perform the kanban customer-pull simulation with kanban control. The Heijunka Upgrade - Heijunka Simulation provides a look at the influences of Push versus Sequenced flow and inventory buffers at each point processes along the door-to-door value stream when implementing heijunka planning and kanban control. The VSMgt Service and Repair Center Simulation - Value Stream Simulation provides additional simulation materials to perform the Service Center value stream simulation with focus on the administration and customer interface side of operations. This 2-Step simulation is the simplest event to run but packs a big WOW factor. It requires just one Car Factory Kit per team plus the laminated participant placemats. It's so easy to perform a single person can facilitate five or more teams, making it great for large audiences and conventions.
