An interactive 5-S learning experience performed completely in a classroom with lots of hands-on simulation plus two fun 5-S games. 

The Ultimate Simulation explores Batch Flow, 5-S, and Lean Flow. The OPT Factory Simulation Dice Game explores the variables that influence production outcomes.

The OPT Factory Simulation Game explores the variables that influence production outcomes. Based upon a game inspired by Eliyahu Goldratt. Only 1 single kit available - after this it will only be available with the Ultimate package.

The LeanMan Grand Simulation Package is a reduced cost bundle of the Deluxe Car Factory Simulation, the VSM, the Kanban and the Heijunka events packaged into two double-deep containers. 

The GREEN LeanMan Grand Simulation Package is the same as the Grand Package without the preprinted booklets.

The Deluxe Double Car Factory Kit includes a standard Deluxe and Companion Car Factory Kit plus bonus features. 

The GREEN Deluxe Double Car Factory Kit is the same as the standard Kit without preprinted booklets.
