The 5-S Philosophy Handbook is a guide book for participants of the LeanMan 5-S Training Simulation to use to follow the presentation and discussions during the simulation event. The booklet also makes a fine reference for participants to keep and use at their work station as they practice the 5-S activities each day.
This handy user reference book discusses in detail the 5-S concepts, tools and strategies for workspace organization.
The contents of the 5-S Philosophy Handbook follow closely the 5-S Simulation Training Simulation Kit's 5-S Review presentation; the 5-S Refresher slide show; and the two LeanMan 5S Games which are included in the 5-S Simulation Training Kit.
